To verify your Certificate of Analysis, enter the Company name and Ethos Sample ID exactly as they appear near the top of your CoA.
On your CoA, look for the company/customer name in the upper-left area, shown beneath Customer:
Look for the field labeled EA Sample ID: near the top of your CoA.
Enter both values exactly as shown on the certificate. The lookup is case-insensitive.
